Are you befuddled by Facebook? Does Twitter make you twitch? Don’t let the social media phenomenon pass you by! Learn how your school can use social media to communicate with and engage your alumni and donors online. This session will demystify social networking and introduce you to key social media tools—Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and more. You’ll learn how to develop a social media strategy and how to manage these tools within time and resource constraints. You’ll also learn how schools such as Emerson and BC are successfully using these tools in their alumni relations and development efforts.
